Is there a minimum contract length?

No. We operate on a rolling monthly basis. You can cancel with 30 days' written notice. We earn your business every month — not through lock-in.

Who actually does the work — AI or a real person?

Both — working together. Our AI handles the heavy lifting: transcription, drafting, data processing, and scheduling logic. A real UK-based VA reviews, refines, and approves everything before it reaches you. Nothing goes out without a human checkpoint.

What email and calendar providers do you support?

We currently support Gmail and Google Calendar fully, with Microsoft Outlook and Office 365 support available on Pro plans. Additional providers can be discussed during onboarding.

How do you handle confidential information?

Confidentiality is taken seriously. All client data is stored securely in UK-based infrastructure. We sign NDAs on request, and all VAs operate under strict confidentiality agreements. Your client portal is access-controlled with individual login credentials.

What happens if I need more than my plan includes?

You can purchase additional 5-hour blocks at £175 each, extra social media platforms at £75/month, or additional content pieces from £45 each. Everything is transparent and agreed in advance — no surprise invoices.

Can I see what my VA is working on?

Yes — that's exactly what your client portal is for. Every action, email handled, meeting note, and piece of content is logged and visible. You have complete visibility at all times, with approval controls where you want them.
